Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 90 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

We ask that you review our policy to check if your situation qualifies under the Order Protection Claim conditions:

Delivered but Not Received

Lost

Damaged

Wrong Item

Wrong Address (Carrier Error)

If your order qualifies, file a claim through our FREE Order Protection service provided by OrderProtection.com.

Otherwise to be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include a tracking number for verification purposes.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund promptly. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit if a valid tracking number is not provided as proof of delivery.
  • To ensure the safe return of your item, please use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process the refund.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Store Credit Policy
For orders where tracking information confirms delivery but the customer claims the item was not received, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through our FREE Order Protection service provided by OrderProtection.com. If the issue cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to issue store credit as a resolution at our discretion.


Exchanges
All exchanges are resolved using our FREE Order Protection service. Every purchase includes Order Protection to cover lost, stolen, undelivered packages, damaged items, incorrect items, or address issues.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
  • We require the use of a trackable shipping service. Returns without tracking cannot be guaranteed.
