All merchandise purchased from Unique Leather Bracelets is shipped from our location in Charlotte, NC, or from our international facility.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly, and once your order enters the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Continental U.S. Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States on all orders via the United States Postal Service.

Canada Shipping

International Shipping
International shipping is available for select countries. Delivery times may vary. Any applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient and will be billed by the delivering carrier. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded.
Priority Order Processing
For an additional premium fee, you can select Priority Processing at checkout. This option expedites your order by prioritizing its processing, ensuring it is shipped 24-48 hours faster than standard processing times. This is an add-on fee and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping selection.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Please allow 2-3 days for standard order processing. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 2-3 days, starting the following business day. Orders placed over a holiday weekend will ship within 1 day, starting the next business day. Please allow an additional day for embossed or customized items. Even with expedited shipping, please allow 24-48 hours for standard processing and shipping. Priority Processing further reduces this time frame.
To estimate delivery time, allow for order processing (standard or priority) in addition to the shipping time selected (e.g., Overnight, Express, Standard, or Free Shipping).

We are not responsible for unanticipated delays caused by the delivery carrier.

Your order will be securely shipped in an unmarked box to ensure discretion.
